
Chad's role at Carceron is business development through strict adherence to
Carceron's core values. Chad is responsible for setting leadership goals for
management that focus on: development of a strong company culture where
people love to come to work, customer service with solutions that create nothing
less than raving fans and completion of goals that bring value to the company,
such as information technology certifications.
Chad has been in information technology for more than fourteen years. Chad has served on numerous metro-Atlanta non-profit boards including: Kennesaw Business Association, Kennesaw Charter School, Marietta Business Association, KSU Flourish Luncheon and Cobb County Schools SPLOST II Oversight Committee. He is also a graduate of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cobb Program for 2006 and is a member of the Leadership Cobb Alumni Association.
Chad Massaker is an honored graduate of Kennesaw State University (KSU) and received a bachelor of science in psychology with a minor in information systems management. In 2003, he was awarded the KSU Psychology Alumnus of the Year Award, a Turknett Leadership Character Award Nominee and was a Top 5 Finalist for the 2010 Metro Atlanta Small Business Person of the Year. Chad was also named to the MSPmentor Top 250 list in 2011, which recognizes the top managed services experts, entrepreneurs and executives globally.
Jeff's role in Carceron focuses on development of cost-effective technology
solutions for small and medium businesses. He researches, devises and
tests all of Carceron's solutions; constantly wringing out every last bit of
performance from any given piece of technology. Jeff likes to be " in
the trenches" as he calls it and it is not uncommon to see him working
side by side with other Carceron associates on technical issues.
Jeffrey has been an information technology consultant for some of Atlanta's higher profile businesses and individuals for over sixteen years.
Jeffrey holds an MBA with an emphasis on information systems from Kennesaw State University - the same university where he founded and managed a computer store that created revenue in excess of two million dollars annually.
Brad Clark attended Kennesaw State University in 1988 where he studied Psychology,
Engineering and Information Technology. Brad’s experience in Technology
compliments his knowledge of business management and administration. Brad
also attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center to improve his technology
skill set and to help him in obtaining his Microsoft IT certifications. Brad
is also currently pursuing certifications under HDI, the largest association
for IT service and support professionals.
Brad’s role at Carceron is managing Carceron's service and support operations. He maintains the Carceron helpdesk and oversees the field technicians with their daily assignments and projects. Brad also manages the back office operations and applications that Carceron uses for its service delivery and assists with maintaining Carceron’s IT infrastructure. Brad is accountable for the quality and consistent delivery of IT services to all Carceron clients.
Marcus’ role at Carceron is to understand the business priorities of clients and transform those priorities & needs into Carceron solutions to support their business. Working closely with the management team as a trusted advisor, his primary responsibility is to identify, implement and oversee the technology service offerings and their integration into operations. Marcus is the first point of contact with our technology partners and often spearheads internal projects focused on increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Marcus has been in information technology for more than twelve years and served on the Board of Directors managing IT resources for Friends Junior Committee, a branch of the Friends of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta non-profit organization. From founding successful technology companies to providing international technology solutions & deployments for Fortune 100 enterprises, he brings that experience to the Carceron team to extract the most business value out of our client’s information systems. Marcus currently sits on the board of directors for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) - Young Professionals Society.
When he’s not tinkering with gadgets or auditing service agreements, Marcus is an automotive enthusiast, musician, blogger and martial artist who loves to travel and attempt to play golf.
