Our Roots
Carceron Systems Group was founded in 2002 and among the first companies in the metro Atlanta area to embrace the managed services approach to IT services.
Owners Chad Massaker and Jeffrey Lee understood early on that small and medium businesses (SMBs) needed the support that an in-house IT person could provide them in terms of response time and expertise. However these same businesses rarely had the budget to employ such skilled individuals and the idea of trusting the network to one person is frightening.
When it comes to supporting the information technology needs of SMBs, 99% uptime is a must, as are fast support resolutions when systems down. For seven years Carceron has been the trusted one-stop-shop for SMBs and provided CIO-like advisory resources to help management and owners with strategic planning and implementation of their IT infrastructure.
Our Philosophy
Simple: To provide you every service that an in-house IT department can, only faster, with less downtime and less cost. And we also come with a lot more goodies. Compare our IT guy to yours to see what I mean.
