Chad Massaker is an honored graduate of Kennesaw State University (KSU), receiving a bachelor of science in psychology with a minor in information systems management. In 2003, he was awarded the KSU Psychology Alumnus of the Year. Chad has been in information technology for over eleven years and business management for over fifteen years. Chad has served on numerous metro-Atlanta non-profit boards including: Kennesaw Business Association, Kennesaw Charter School Cobb County Schools SPLOST II Oversite Committee. He is also a graduate of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Cobb Program for 2006 and is a member of the Leadership Cobb Alumni Association.

Chad's role at Carceron is business development through strict adherence to Carceron's core values. Chad is responsible for setting leadership goals for management that focus on: development of a strong company culture where people love to come to work, customer service and solutions that create nothing less than raving fans, and, completion of goals that bring value to the company, such as information technology certifications.

Mr. Lee holds an MBA with an emphasis on information systems from Kennesaw State University - the same university where he founded and managed a computer store that created revenue in excess of two million dollars annually. Mr. Lee has been an information technology consultant for some of Atlanta's higher profile businesses and individuals for over twelve years.

Jeff's role in Carceron focuses on development of cost-effective technology solutions for small and medium businesses. He researches, devises and tests all of Carceron's solutions, constantly wringing out every last bit of performance from any given piece of technology. Jeff likes to be "be in the trenches" as he calls it, and it is not uncommon to see him working side by side with other Carceron associates on technical issues.

Brad Clark manages Carceron's service and support operations.  He maintains the Carceron helpdesk and oversees the field technicians with their daily assignments.  He also is responsible for Carceron's other managed service offerings, such as web & e-mail hosting, DNS Management, monitoring and the DataSafe backup services. Brad is accountable for the quality and consistent delivery of IT services to all Carceron clients.

Accounting & HR Manager

Cindy's role at Carceron is to oversee accounting and human resource operations. Cindy ensures that Carceron adheres to sound financial management principles through solid management of accounts payable and recievable as well as budget adherence. She ensures that the company complies with all state and federal accounting and human resource protocols. She serves as the primary administative resource for the "back of the house" operations.

A veteran of the communication industry, Carl advises and assists Carceron on projects where such expertise is required. His communications experience includes eight years in the United States Army and over eight years with Metropolitan Communications of Carrollton Georgia. In addition to his skills in communications, Carl is also skilled in computer information technology.

Mike Russell's company, Elite Telecom Services, helps businesses reduce telecom and data expenses with a thorough telecommunication audit. Mike is so successful at what he does that many clients often see as much as a 60% savings on their telecommunication charges. Mr. Russell serves on the board of directors for the Kennesaw Business Association and is extremely active in charities supporting the treatment of cancer, specifically in children.
